I am a regular visitor of the library for more than 30 years, at the end of each month I attend overviews of newly arrived literature. I want to note first of all the high professionalism of the library staff and caring, attentive, sensitive, considerate attitude to the reader combined with a creative approach to work. Everyone here always prompts and helps to find the necessary book or article. The library employs qualified and responsive specialists who excellently know their job.
I express my deep gratitude to the whole staff of the library for:
– quality service;
– quick selection of necessary literature;
– interesting (photo) exhibitions, thematic selections of books and magazines; timely information about anniversary celebrants;
– invaluable consultations on electronic catalogs and databases;
– prompt and highly qualified assistance in providing bibliographic descriptions of sources;
– the possibility to order books and articles from journals through electronic interlibrary loan.
The attention is drawn to the wonderfully preserved book collection, responsible and always respectful staff, interested and friendly attitude of the employees, their dedication to their work, individual approach to each reader. The medical library is a wonderful, quiet place where you can work with pleasure.
I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff (Svetlana Evgenievna, Svetlana Leonidovna, especially) for their sensitive and attentive attitude to readers. Accessible reading rooms with computers have access to the Internet (to medical sites). Polite staff will always help to pick up new information from a wide range of resources.
I would like to thank the employees for consultation and finding the necessary literature. Every month the review room is open for new literature, which clearly enriches the outlook on a narrow problem.
New readers are always welcome here and they, in turn (doctors coming from different parts of Belarus for advanced training courses) are very satisfied with visiting the library on Fabritiusa. This is my favorite library – it is convenient to get there both by metro and by car. Thank you for your many years of work.
